SUBMIT A HOUSE - Property Intake Form

We will pay you a finder's fee for identifying a property that we buy.

The minimum we pay is $500 per accepted lead and closed deal. We'll review each address that you submit and we'll let you know which leads we accept. We'll also let you know if we've already received the lead from someone else.

Important note:

By submitting a lead, you understand that in order to get paid you will need to submit a completed W9 form to us for tax reporting purposes.

There are no exceptions or work arounds for this. Do not submit to us if you can't submit a W9 form.

Also - we do not accept listed properties under any circumstances. That includes houses for sale by owner.
